Indonesia is an archipelago country in South East Asia Area. The archipelago laid between Asia Mainland in North and Australia at South, Pacific Ocean in East and Indian Ocean in West. Geographically, Indonesia position is around 6 Degrees North and 11 Degrees South, around 95 Degrees East to 141 Degrees East. The latitute position indicated that Indonesia is crossing by Equator line.
There are five primary biggest islands in Indonesia, they are, from East to West; Papua (Formerly Irian Jaya), Sulawesi, Kalimantan (Borneo), Jawa (Java) and Sumatra. The video Indonesia Archipelago show the position of Indonesia in the globe and the main biggest islands of Indonesia, and some of the outer islands of Indonesia.
Two of the biggest island of Indonesia are shared with other countries. Pulau Kalimantan or Borneo Island as the biggest island is shared with Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam. Most of part of Pulau Kalimantan is belong to Indonesia, about one third part in north area of Pulau Kalimantan belongs to Malaysia and Brunei. The second island which shared with other country is Papua Island, formerly known as Irian Jaya, shared with Papua New Guinea. East part of Papua Island belongs to Papua New Guinea and west part is belong to Indonesia.

As an Archipelago, Indonesia has more than 14.000 islands. The islands
distributed from east part to west part of Indonesia. A lot of small
islands of Indonesia are near the outer boundary of Indonesia. The small
island can be reached by sea transportation. Some islands already have
airport and can be reached by small planes. Many of the islands are inhabitant.
